Returns

We want you to love your Pause & Effect™ skincare. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To keep everyone safe and maintain product freshness, items must arrive in their original packaging with seals intact.

Because skincare is a personal-use product, we’re not able to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 72 hours with a quick photo, and we’ll take care of it right away.
